Bikes & Rentals
We use the following guidelines as a reference:
XXS (47–49 cm / 18–19″):** 71–74 cm | 155–165 cm
XS (49–51 cm / 19–20″):** 74–77 cm | 165–170 cm
S (51–53 cm / 20–21″):** 77–80 cm | 170–175 cm
M (53–55 cm / 21.5″):** 80–83 cm | 175–180 cm
L (55–57 cm / 22″):** 83–86 cm | 180–185 cm
XL (57–60 cm / 23″):** 86–91 cm | 185–193 cm
XXL (60–62 cm / 23.5″):** 91–94 cm | from 194 cm

💡 Tip: If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the smaller size.
During high season (16 Feb–31 May) a 3-day minimum applies to reservations. Ironman week: 5 days for triathlon and Di2 carbon road bikes.
Our road bikes are rented without pedals. All other bikes come with flat pedals.
During high season, we recommend bringing your own pedals for road bikes. SPD MTB, SPD-SL and Look Keo pedals are available on request for €1/day.
LOOK Kéo: 3 mounting points, flat and triangular cleat, pedal with LOOK logo, plastic cleat, clips in on one side
SPD-SL: Shimano logo, 3 mounting points, rectangular cleat, plastic, usually yellow/red, clips in on one side
SPD MTB: Shimano, small metal cleat recessed into the shoe, easy to walk in, clips in on both sides
Yes, we have a limited number of cycling shoes available. Just contact us by email to check availability.

Optional accident insurance covers accidental damage to the rental bike. Tyres, lost parts/accessories and theft are not covered.
For reservations, a minimum rental period of 3 days applies during the high season (16/02–31/05). On-site, shorter rentals may be possible depending on availability.
During Ironman and M312 week, a minimum charge of 5 days applies to triathlon bikes and carbon road bikes with Di2, even for shorter rental periods.
Adjustments such as saddle height, angle and position are included in our rental service. A professional bike fitting may be available for an additional fee, depending on the time required. Our team on site will be happy to provide more details.
We only confirm the bike category, not a specific model or gearing. We are pleased to pass on your preferences to our team on site and will accommodate them whenever possible.
The average range is around 80 km and depends on factors such as assistance level, terrain, rider weight and altitude.
We also offer **range extenders (additional batteries) for rent. They increase the battery capacity by 70%.
Bike delivery is generally possible, depending on the location and rental period. During the high season, delivery is only available for groups meeting a minimum rental value.

Advance reservations must be paid by bank transfer no later than 30 days before arrival. For last-minute rentals on site, payment can be made when you pick up the bike.
During the peak cycling season (February–May & September–October), we strongly recommend booking early to ensure bike availability.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 15 days before the rental starts. Up to 8 days before, we charge 50% of the rental price. From 7 days before the rental starts, unfortunately, no refund is possible.

We provide a spare inner tube so you’re covered in case of a puncture. As it is used up when needed, we only charge for it if it is used.
All About Accommodation, Travel & Camps
Our main hotel is the Valentin Playa de Muro, featuring a 25-metre pool and its own bike rental station. It’s an ideal location for running, swim training and bike rides.
Other hotels can also be arranged on request. Just get in touch with us!
After receiving the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the total invoice amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the trip, the full amount is due immediately.

Yes, both as an open camp and as a private camp. We take care of the online presentation, enquiries, offers, customer communication and payment processing. You can focus on the sporting side. For more information, contact us at post@active-mallorca.com.
